Carnival UK cruise ship company based in Southampton, has chosen the studio for its 9-piece and 7-piece orchestras: Queens Room Orchestra and Royal Theatre Orchestra to warm up their numbers before joining the cruise liners Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria.

 The rehearsals are a sensation and good music is all around as the orchestras spring into life.
They say Practice makes Perfect and the right venue
and facilities available at the studio are going
down very well.
It is a pleasure to hear them play.
The passengers are going to be delighted.

 David and Bridgette Jupp (a Southampton music teacher), welcomed the two Cunard orchestras to the Guildford Street Studio. 

We hope their success is assured; and using our Southampton facilities is the right choice.

In preparation for their entertainment on the liners Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria out from Southampton on ocean voyages departing on 8th. April 2009; the Royal Theatre Orchestra and Queens Room Orchestra will provide first class music in their repertoire to entertain the passengers,
provided by musicians from around the world....
